Wedge Lock Shoring System
Excellent workability
Assembly and disassembly are possible with a single hammer. Time to assemble and disassemble the system can be reduced drastically as it does not require additional tubular at the bottom and large brace.
Wide distance between props
You can secure work passage easily because you can set distance between props widely due to high load capacity of one prop by 6 tons.
Light weight and compact
The members are small and light weight; maximum length of prop is 1,725mm, the maximum square is 120mm, and the maximum weight is 8.3Kg. Thanks to this design, carrying can be easy, opening for loading and unloading can be minimized, and storage space can be compressed at the site.
Distance between props can be selected
You may choose distance between props among 6 types (1,829, 1,524, 1,219, 914, 610, 305mm) , which is useful to avoid obstacles such as beams or protrusion.
Compatibility with the conventional frame scaffolding
Size of the system is same as that of frame scaffolding in inch, your existing steel catwalk and stairs can be used.
