Koyo Machine Manufacturing Co.,ltd. was established.

The company name was changed to Koyo Machine Industry Co.,ltd. (“KYC Machine Industry Co., Ltd.” in English. “KYC” is abbreviation. )

Yamaguchi Kosan made an equity participation. KYC became members of group of Daiwa can.
KMI SERVICES PTE LTD was founded by joint venture in Singapore.

KYC’s twin shaft mixer obtained international standard ISO9001certification.

Nishiwaki plant was established and the production function was transferred from Osaka plant.
KYC started consolidated operation of plant in Nishiwaki, Yachiyo 1st and 2nd in close proximity.
Headquarter function was transferred to Chuo-ku, Osaka Japan.

KYC acquired bathing plant business from IHI Construction Machinery.

KYC established KYC Sorimachi, Co.,ltd. with 100% own capital to develop & produce mechanical lift in Nagaoka City, Niigata Japan.
KYC established KYC Machine, Co, ltd. in ZhuBei, Taiwan as a sales distributor of twin shaft compulsory mixer, scaffoldings and conveyors by joint venture.
International standard ISO9001 was applied to all the products.

KYC acquired IZUTECH corporation focused on conveyors for production plant of automobiles.

KYC completed Nishiwaki plant 2nd for enhancement of production capacity of scaffolding and plant.
KYC established subsidiary KYC Industry (Suzhou) Co.,Ltd. in China with 100% own capital.

KYC established KYC Machine Industry Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Vietnam for production of scaffoldings.

KYC acquired scaffolding service company for business sector in Singapore and established KYC Scaffolding Pte. Ltd. and KYC Engineering Services Lte. Ltd. KYC established KYC Asia Pte.Ltd. as a regional headquarter at the same time.
KYC established THREE A Co., Ltd. for scaffolding lease and rental by joint venture with Kaneda Kensetsu Kougyo Co.,Ltd.
KYC established JP Systems Asia, Inc. in Philippine for scaffolding rental service by joint venture with Sansin Sangyo Co., Ltd. and Equipment Engineers, Inc, a subsidiary of general contractor EEI Corporation.

We made common research contract on “Research on labor saving by automation of forestry machine” jointly with Kumagai Gumi Co., Ltd., Sumitomo Forestry Co.,Ltd., Kato Works Co.,Lt and Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA).

KYC participated seed round in iROBOTICS, Inc.

KYC added funding in iROBOTICS, Inc.
