KYC Machine Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to “Our Company” hereinafter) believes it is our social obligation to handle and protect personal information of customers.

As for personal information obtained by our company according to legitimate and fair method (including personal information provided by customers visited to our corporate website), our company handles it properly and strives to protect it under each clause of this “Basic policy for protection of personal information”.

Personal information related to this policy is the information related to individual regulated in the law of protection of personal information (Name, birthdate and other information to identify the specific individual), e-mail address, user ID, password and credit card information, which are to be used jointly with the specific individual, and attribute information related to individual incorporating personal information such as hobby, family structure and age.

In handling personal information, our company specifies the purpose of use, and will use the information within necessary range of purpose of use except for the case regulated by law.

Our company will not handle personal information exceeding necessary range to achieve the purpose to use without prior consent of the person himself.

3. Cases when our company needs to help the government’ institution, local public body or the assigned party to conduct the work regulated by law but when the intended work may be suspended if our company gets approval from the person himself

Our company will obtain personal information by proper method within necessary range to achieve the purpose of use already set.

Our company will not provide personal information to third party without prior consent of the person himself except for cases applied in each following clause;

Our company will conduct necessary and appropriate supervision to our employees to prevent missing or leakage of personal information by setting protection regulation for personal information to implement appropriate safety management countermeasure.

Our company will respond appropriately and promptly upon receipt request for disclosure of personal information which we possess from the person himself.

We may not disclose all or part of the information if the case applies to one of the following cases. We will announce immediately if we decide not to disclose the information.

1. Cases which may harm to lives, body, property or other right & benefit of the person himself or third party
2. Cases which may affect to remarkable issue to conduct appropriate work of our company
3. Cases which may violate other regulation

Sales information associated with the personal information and other information such as access log to our website are not objectives of disclosure.

Our company are not fully responsible for protection and handling of personal information of the person himself which is found at all the outer website including page linked from our corporate website.

Our company comply with the guideline of personal information set by the regulation of Japan and personal information protection commission.

Our company may change contents of this policy if necessary. Our company may announce the time to change or revised contents by publishing to the website.
